Over $24 million in contributions for over 20 years directly to Pine Island School District.
INVESTING IN PINE ISLAND
Over $3 million in contributions to the City of Pine Island for discretionary use.
The project’s financial and community partnership commitments are in addition to property taxes. Along with the development’s negotiated tax profile structure intended to attract employers, the commitments will be documented in the City’s business subsidy application.
