Project Skyway includes a long-term commitment to supporting Pine Island students through the Panther Program, made possible through collaboration with the City of Pine Island to provide financial support and partnership opportunities to strengthen education
and build career pathways.
The project’s financial and community partnership commitments are in addition to property taxes. Along with the development’s negotiated tax profile structure intended to attract employers, the commitments will be documented in the City’s business subsidy application.
